My Panasonic SDR-H200 digital camcorder which was purchased on 12/19/07 is also completely dead. I bought a new battery and tried using the AC adapter, but nothing will get it to turn on. I called the warranty department and it will cost me $52.50 just to have Panasonic look at it and probably around $111 for labor once they determine what the problem is. I WILL NEVER BUY PANASONIC AGAIN!
