Our 3 year old Sony Wega Trinitron suddenly had no picture or sound, even though we could hear clicking when the TV was powered on and off. The blinking code was 20 continuous blinks with no pauses. I did a lot of internet research and finally found one recommendation to just try unplugging then plugging back in the tv. Couldn't believe it, but after a week without TV, it worked. Saved $320 that the tv repair man estimated was necessary to get a new DC board.
