USB DRIVER FOR LAPTOP

i have JVC GR-DX37AS camera since 3 years. it used to work good with my old system but now since i have got a new lap top, can u please help me on to get that imagemixer ver 1.8 USB software to download recordings from the cassete to the laptop?. i have the old CD that was available with the camera but it is not functioning due to soem rough usage by my sweet kdis..:) please help me on that asap. thanx do contact me on my email. thanx again
