If anyone has this problem I've found a solution

I have a Sony Cybershot and I was getting a format error 13:01. I looked on this site and tried many of the suggestions but nothing worked. I took my camera to Walmart and they fixed it! Here's what they did.. Make sure your card is empty (because I believe this erases your pictures) and go to where you view your pictures. Press menu and go to set up. Once you are in the format area, look for the memory stick tool tab. It will say format. Press ok. This reformats your card and you should do it every so often so that this error does not occur (says the lady at Walmart). Good luck!
