problme number C:13:02 with sony handycam model DCR DVD 703E

I regularly come across this problem number C:13:02 using my sony handycam model number DCR DVD 703 E i.e " remove the disc" "data error" though the disc is new and properly formatted. can anybody help me sort out the problem ?
