I cannot playback my DV tape Panasonic DVM 80

Hello, I used a Canon camcorder XM1 to shoot a video with a miniDV tape Panasonic DVM 80 minutes, but when I try to playback the tape I can't go further to see what I have filmed. Also I can't rewind the tape. I try to playback the tape on Sony PD 150 I got the error: C:31.23. Do you have an idea what could be the problem? thanks in advance, Ama
