Stacy, Found your site hope you can help me. I have a 1999 grandam & am getting error code E20, just like everyone else. I tried getting a laser lens cleaning disc, but that didn't work either. Would appreciate an e-mail with any suggestions. Don't have the money to take it back to GM for a new system. I have the 7band equalizer monsoon system. Thanks
