Sending mine in to Pro-tech. Problem with the cassette. Error code C:31:23

Sony wants to charge $510 for this fix. Protech says they will do it for much, much cheaper. I am about to send in my camera. I will post again to say how it turned out. Protechcam.com I tried smacking the camera and couldn't get that to work.
