power supply repairs help

hi, the machine i am working on is dead. it has a switching regulator make sony, model APS-91, PT no 1-468-174-13. i do not have a manual for the machine,on investigation it was found that mains fuse was blown. along with R102 and R103 on the ASP-91D board.i replaced the faulty parts and at switch on it is still dead. i rechecked main fuse was ok but the resistor R102 was open.i carried out several checks around and all seems ok. i replaced the bridge and still the R102 keep blowing. it is a ceramic type 10ohm 150deg 5watts. R103 is 4.7ohm 5 watts ceramic and is in series with R102and connects to the relay RY101. kindly help me out with this . any clue would be much appreciated. i live in island of mauritius and we are very far from any repair centre.
