My zune is completely frozen and i can't even restart it. Nothing Works. My warranty is still good, but I can't request online repair!

After I finished recharging/syncing my 4GB zune on my computer, I was going to listen to the new songs i put in. At first,everything seemed fine, i scrolled through the menu ("Music","pictures","marketplace"),but as soon as i clicked on the artist(with the play button),it froze entirely. I tried restarting it, plugging it back in to the comp--nothing. To make it worse, this is my second zune(its a replacement because my first one didnt work, so i sent it to microsoft) which worked fine till now. And for some reason, I can't request a repair!!! I checked my warranty:Warranty Expiration: 7/28/2009 7:59:59 PM. What the heck?! Can you only send it once or what?! If anyone has had this problem, reply As Soon As You Can!!!!!!!!!!
