Dear Stacy I also have the same error in my sony dvd cam i bought it 4years back and in Kuwait till now it use to come but within som wile it goes but from past2 days its not allowing me to use it at all which ever disc i try it says same help me please thanks in advance my conact number is 310.323.2080 extn 7757 i contact sony here they say to repair it will cost me more than 300 USD which is almost 60% of new one with regards Krish
