I just purchased a used Ford 6 CD MP3 player. When I try to load the player I get the message that the stack is full. When I try to eject (there are no CDs in the stack) after several seconds I get an error message: ERROR 9A6F. I see on top of the radio that there is a "shipping" configuration. I don't know if it was configured before shipment. There is no instruction how to "unconfigure" from shipment state.
