i have a problem with the error code -61. i am using a mac computer and have a verizon high speed installer program (to install the high speed before it didn't work) now that the internet works...everytime i open up safari or firefox.. the verizon high speed installer pops ups as well. and i have been trying to delete the program by dragging it into the trash can. but everytime i drag it in there, an error code box would pop up saying "Sorry, the operation could not be completed because an unexpected error occurred. Error code -61. Please help me with this problem~
