Hi! I realize this is an old posting but I found this on the web and thought I'd see if you found a solution. I have the same problem with my Sony TV. Were you able to solve the problem? If you did, could you please let me know. I don't have the original remote, I do have a universal remote that operates the TV, but I can't seem to get to the setup screen. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
