I bought this item at an estate sale, it had no remote or receiver with it.. can I get this to work and if so how.. What is the power of this sub bass woofer????????

Please tell me how to get it working? And since I dont have a remote could my stereo system run this? where can I go to find the specs on this? I am totally lost, lol.. But the bright side is I also bought a awesom Bose system its nice and was cheap...lol.. Greg :)
