when I turn on my JVC DILA Tv , model 52Z575 it makes chirping noise but with any sound or picture.It's atotally black screen. I talk to some people and they told me it could be balast or Lamp. Its only 18 months old.what do I do and I'm also missing ownersmanual,so where can I get one? thanks stacy
