I have a JVC GR-DX77U model video camera, it does not work now. When I open it, it keep showing me: "Unit in Safeguard Mode" and "Eject and Reinsert Tape". I ejected and reinserted the tape, but it did not work. The screen just keep showing me those words again and again. (I had Sony Video 10 years ago, I did not have any kind of problem, but that video camera was stolen). I do not know what to do with this problem. Also the camera often show me "condensation" something like that before. I would appreciate a lot if I could get any suggestion about the problem. Thanks! Your customer
