I tried the slapping option, that didn't work for me, but when I turned the little thingies inside the drum, it worked like a charm. I'm grateful too as this was my sister's camera who just passed away unexpectedly in March 2008. She has so many videos I've been attempting to review. This error came out of nowhere. I thought I would never be able to hear her little voice again. This is my final connection to her life. I'm very grateful for your help. Thanks so much!
