rear projection tube refill procedure

Unable to align JVC HV-53 PRO rear projection TV. Have replaced convergence ICs w/out any affect. Found posting this website .pechorin.com/m/2006/05/06/JVC_HV53PRO-261008.html which describes the similar problem. Can anyone provide specific info as to how to refill these projection tubes (e.g. fill location, fill quantity, should I remove all the old fluid and replace, etc)? Thanks for any assistance/advice.
