my mp4 shows disk error any solution

Hy, I have problem, I've formated my PC and my mp4 player was connected in USB port. Since then, everything I try to access (music, video, ...) doesn't works, showing the message "Disk Error!". and at PC my mp4 port (E:/F:) can't read If you get the answer, please send me. Thank you.
