These are soldered in specials, and requires an element of case / PCB dismantling for access. This being said on assumption that it doesnt work with the mains power supply either.

Hi, thanks for replying. Yes I think the camcorder is effectively dead. I have checked that there is about 8.5V available from the mains charger but when that is plugged into the camera nothing happens, no LEDs, nothing. I have a serv. man. but am unsure about where the internal fuse is you mention. Do you know where I can get a spare? Also do you know if there is a Reset facility for this camera and if it would be worth trying? Thanks in advance. Steve. Everytime I reply it gets blocked! Why? I bet this goes when I press submit! |
