Tv not showing blocked by Standby/timer botton

I have the above nameb Tv,and the problem am having is to get the tv showing,its like the Standby/Timer is not allowing the Tv to show,it only blinks when i switch on the power and it continues like that. Please what can i do to put the Tv. showing ones again.
