I have a JVC Executive stero system 9000 in my 2004 Jayco trailer. The radio and speakers work great. I cannot get the cd player or dvd player to work. It will not eject . It has a please wait error. We are at a loss how to fix. We were playing a dvd originally while camping with generator power and after it was over, the player would not open, even after we turned it on off, etc.. The owner manual was not help orginally a now it is lost. Help, if you can. Thanks Marcie
