I have a JVC av-48wp-74. I had a convergence problem and a repair tech came out and replaced the 2 ic chips and fixed the problem. Its been 8 months since he's been here. Now My tv intermittently shuts off and on randomly. Yesterday it started going to black and white and then back to color occasionally. Are the IC's the problem again. Thank you very much. Dallas
