I have my Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W80 digital camera. I took some pictures, then an error in the screen of the camera appears saying "Memory stick formatting error" "c:13:01", and I can't delete anything or see, or took any picture. and I connected with usb and i couldn't get any picture.then iremove the battery pack, and insert the battery pack again after about one minute, and turn on the power, as it is said in the instructions manual.SO Is there anyway I can save the pictures before trying to format it?. which is the real problem? do I have to change the memory?
