help with sony str-de497

hi,got an sony str-de497 audio receiver[amp]the display lights up all characters at the same time.figured it must be the digital board[ep-gw 1-861-062-11]it's got a lot of smd ic's on it.where could i get a pcb like that,or where do i look for the problem?please help!
