I own a JVC GR-DF430 Digital video camera. It's not used very often. This last time I pulled out the camera to use, the LCD monitor said it was is a "safeguard mode" with a number 1 at the bottom right of the screen. I cannot get the cassette holder to eject the tape when I open the cassette. I have checked the battery power with the battery data and the battery status is 50% charged. Please advise.
