Hi there! I was hoping I could pick your brain as in you have worked on this shredder. I shredded a 3x4 inch piece of plastic bag with a paper mailing label and now it runs in reverse just fine not forward. How do I find a inside diagram of this so I can take apart and clean out? Any ideas would be so appreciated. thanks
