JVC Model AV-20320 - Black box - menu

I have AV-20320 and every time when I start the TV, after 2-3 minute a black box appeared on the TV, this box is same size when I click on Menu button. When I click on Menu button that black box is disappearing. I lost my original Remote. Problem is how to solve this problem ?
