The problem may be in your power supply... It also could be that one (or more) of your vertical(snap in boards) is not in the socket correctly. Try looking at them to see if they appear not in all the way... Remove them (if possible) and reinsert. May sure power is off and a/c is unplugged. Hope this is helpful.
