Do you have Technical Service Bulltins for SRW-5U and SRW-320U WVHS VCR's?

Do you have Technical Service Bulltins for SRW-5U and SRW-320U WVHS VCR's? I have written to Ken Freed in Wayne, NJ and he as expressed to me that sin= ce these are old products, he does not want to bother with any of my inquiries. I was under the impression, that JVC professional products was their to support their customers. Anyway maybe you help me...Also I looking for repair facility in the Miam-Dade or Broward County area,= when I did a search on JVC's website the closest location was in Georgia. I don't want the hassle of shipping my unit that far away, there must be some place closer? Thanks, Paul
