Full info cannot be sent as it has to go to a DIRECT e-mail address, however although there is a list of models that can suffer from this premature image sensor failure your 360 model is "not" one of them (260 is though!) and as such would not qualify for the special free repair, this having been on offer for over the past 30 months or so although it did expire at the end of June. What you mention suggests its very likely that the image sensor has actually failed, but there is nothing you can really do about this as its a service repair job.
