Hi, I have a old SONY KV20TS27 that was built in 1992. Every time I turn it on, it takes at least 15 or more minutes to get the channel signals and sound.

When it is turned on, it will have no sound, pictures. When it gets warm-up a little bit, it will shows horizontal lines, the lines will get thinker and thinker and then the completted signals. I don't know if I should take it to the shop to have it fixed, but it might cost me more than replacing it. Please any input would help. Thanks.
