HomeThe battery won't charge. The power/charge ligth is off. I can only use my cam when it's plugged. Thanks for your help.

Provided its not the battery itself that is faulty, then its almost certain that one of the internal fuses associated with the charging circuit has blown, this requiring a partial dismantling of the case to gain access to the fuses. These bye the way being special miniature soldered in types. |
