my sony camcorder's tape compartment is not getting closed with or without tape.

first there was an error c:32:11. i removed tht error by using website suggestions. Now the tape is out, but the tape compartment is still open. It is not closing at all. Not by removing AC, RESET, BATTERY REMOVING ............any procedure. Please help
