HDMI Input Flickering.... all other inputs work fine 37" LDC Flat TV two years old Norm

I have a 2006 37" LCD Flat panel TV Model Lt-37x776. It has been working fine. I have it my RV and when I hooked it up to the HDMI Sat Box this time, (the Digital HDMI feed and input) . The screen comes on and every 5 seconds or so it flickers. Comes on, flickers, comes on etc.... When changed to Composite or Red Green Blue input it works fine. Any ideas?? I checked with a different HDMI cable and another HDMI box. Same result. Any direction would be appreciated... Thanks Norm
