Regret Bill, but with the information being so very detailed and also containing a JPEG attachment it has to be sent to a "direct" e-mail address, however I will say that if you have not cleaned the dew sensor correctly (situated on the side of the loading motor) you could well have damaged it, this being "very" easy to do!, then you would be left with no option but to disable the sensor.
This should NOT be attempted by anyone not acquaint at working on precision equipment, with the detailed instructions containing nine JPEG's.
