the camera doesnt work and i tryed every thing , never plays or record

My model's video camera is GR-d250u , the problem is that when I try to record or play a video ,In the screen automatically appear "cassete in mode save" but i tried in mode save and mode rec and nothing happenned, also I bought a cleanning cassette and new minidv cassete ,and nothing. what can i do ? thanks anali lanai-HI
