i just purchased a memory stick pro duo adapter(for my older cyber-shot) from ebay. when i inserted the memory stick+adapter into the camera i got the C:13:01 error. i tried inserting it into my computer (HP Pavilion dv2000 has a built-in memory stick slot) and it couldnt re-format the disk... after trying different things i just pulled the adapter piece apart and noticed one of the small tabs was MISALIGNED. i realigned the tab and made sure they were all evenly spaced and it works like a charm.
