I have a JVC GR-SXM260 and I cannot record due to the fact that it says I have a lens cap on. The screen stays black and records sound only. Please HELP. The camera is almost brand new and Best Buy will not do anything to help me. Thank you for your time and assistance. Sincerely Merrell Thompson
