i have an old jvc camcorder circa 2003 its tsop playing my tapes properly and so the picture is not flowing instead is jerky i was told to het a head cleaner tape and did but it won't play it states E03 fault unit in safeguard mode jvc say its the headcleaner tape but its generic what can i do i just want to convert my last few tapes so i can get rid of the camcorder.
