User manual in PDF format sent via DIRECT e-mail along with a possible alternative source of a driver, as these aren't obtainable from JVC. A driver is not necessary if the camcorders DVi / firewire socket is used to couple up to the PC, which should have some form of video capture software installed. (e.g Windows movie maker etc)
