HomeSony 35 inch tv KV35V36 model Power supply suddenly dies. I bought this Sony 35 inch TV in 1998 had no issues until last week . While my daughter was watching cartoons .... power just went off. Looking at this forum ... not sure if 10 Years is a good life for TV. SOme have mentioned 20 years !! I'm going to take a shot and see if any quick fixes like fuse replacement can be done.

Any luck finding the problem with the Sony model # KV-35V36? I had the same problem a few weeks ago (early July 2008) the tv popped while my son was playing XBOX and now there is no power. I may have a tv repairman give me an estimate. |
