This error also happened to me. Just one day after the England Rugby team got thrashed by New Zealand, but I don't think it's related to Rugby...
Anyway I searched for the error code which is 0000ZAAO on google and couldn't find it (hopefully google will find this page now for others with the same problem). There is a small reset switch on the front of the unit which you can see if you take the face plate off. I think this occurs when there is a drop in the permanent live feed to the stereo. My alarm has also been playing up lately for the same reason (and my cental locking, because the vehicle has forgotten the key code thanks to the interruption to the permanent feed!) I just topped up the water in my battery; that should do it...
