Hi i have a problum with my Magnavox dvd recorder MWR10D6 it will not record or play any dvd's it comes up with an error on any dvd the setup on my dvd recorder is working ok if i put a dvd in the recorder\player it says it's loading then it comes up with a error i tryed to clean the head with a dvd head cleaner & it comes up with the same error it dosen't work when i try to clean the head i have been told that the head is dirty is that true or is it something elce can you please help ???????????????????????.....
