JVC FS-S77B TRAY ERR (Tray Error).

I wonder if you can help me to troubleshoot this: I have problems with my micro audio system, the model is FS-S77B and when I turn it on it shows a Tray Error in the display, this means that I can't open any of the 5 cd/dvd trays, there was nothing inside the trays and I can only hear a short noise inside the system when I turn it on, as if it was trying to read the dvd tray, but it stops and nothing happens, just immediatly show the "TRAY ERR". I have unplugged from the AC and tried to turn it on again a few days later but nothing, happens. Thanks in advance.
