I got the same problem on my V20. I unplugged both the acoutimass and the media center from the powerpoint. I then unplugged the audio input cable from the center and also from the acoustimass so it was completely free. Wait 30 seconds and then put the cable back in at both ends and turn the system back on. The words 'Bose Lifestyle' will appear on the display. wait for that to disappear before pressing the on button. Good Luck
