My Maganvox TV has an error code (I presume) across the bottom that I cannot get to "not display". The TV will also NOT shut off by any method, actual TV remote, DirecTV remote, power button on TV are the three methods I've tried. The message that reads across the bottom of the tv is 3 B 10 20 They are yellow letters about 3" in height. 3 is the cahnnel the TV is on, I know that much, but the rest is greek to me.
