Magnavox TV Error Code: B 10 20 and will not turn off!!

My Maganavoz TV displays the channel and B 10 20, I cannot get the display to turn off nor can I turn the TV off either by Directv remote or actual tv remote nor by pushing power button on the TV, what is going on? This is what reads across the bottom of my tv in about 3" letters: . 3 B 10 20 Thanks for your asssitance JT
