how to fix the eo2 error translated from the french message of 3 oct 2007

I translated the message from french into english and it says the following if you can translate this message maybe you will find something in it [that can help]. Underneath the screen panel there is a grey square with a screw. If you take out the screw you will see a metal frame. On the metal frame there is a small rectangular hole a few millimeters in size. That is where the screwing system is. Take something sharp and press on the metal latch. The box container should come out and your cassette will be finished. i'm not an engineer so I can only vouch for the accuracy of the translation in terms of words but not in terms of the ideas this person has jo - 3rd Oct 2007 22:19 si tu peut traduire ce message tu y trouvera peut etre quelque chose . en dessous du paneau de l'�cran tu a un carr� gris avec une vis. tu la enl�ve et tu verra l'armature de metal . sur l'armature de m�tal il y a un petit trou rectangulaire .de quelque millimetre,c la ou le systeme de verouillage est prend quelque chose de pointu et tasse la petite languette de metal . le boiti� devrais sortir et ta cassete va etre fini.
